We started Landex because we saw a housing market that was stuck—rising prices, increasing regulation, and limited new supply.
Together, we recognized something important: while housing costs soar and supply stays limited, small builders and developers—the ones actually building housing in neighborhoods across the country—lack the professional support and capital they need to scale. That's not just a market gap; it's our opportunity to make a difference.
We're building Landex to bridge that divide, combining David Fleishman's ground-level market insight with Ross Holdren's vision for tech-enabled solutions. Our mission isn't just to find deals—it's to create a better way for small-scale development to thrive, making housing more accessible while building vibrant communities.
