For builders
A working relationship, built around the project.
How Landex supports site acquisition, design and permitting, financing, and construction for independent builders.
Building partners
How it works
Landex handles defined parts of the project with the builder, from the site through construction. A general contractor or development partner can also hold equity. Submitting your interest starts the conversation. It does not award work or set terms. Scope, compensation, and any equity are agreed in writing for each project.
- Landex supports site acquisition, design and permitting, and debt and equity financing.
- During construction, Landex manages bookkeeping and project tracking.
- A general contractor or development partner can participate in the equity by investing capital or by contributing services.
- To get started, submit your interest and meet with Landex to discuss your experience and your interest. Provide case-study documents from previous projects and a site visit, then identify a pilot project to work on with Landex.
