For landowners

Start with the site.

Submit a Chicago property for an initial infill development review.

What an initial review considers

Location, parcel configuration, zoning, current use, ownership, and the relevant project economics inform a site review. Providing a PIN and address helps the team identify the property.

Evaluation → discussion → written terms

The team reviews the submission, requests additional information when needed, and discusses any next steps directly. An initial review is not an appraisal, purchase offer, or commitment to close.

Sale or land contribution

A cash sale transfers ownership under a purchase agreement. A land contribution places the property into a project structure under separately negotiated documents. Valuation, obligations, taxes, and timing differ.
